- Return window: 28 days for store credit, refund and exchange options on new/as-sold condition items or items delivered faulty/damaged (submission of photographic evidence required) as follows:
- Goods returned in new/as-sold condition within 28 days of shipping are eligible for a no quibble refund.
- Goods returned in as-sold condition within 28 days of shipping are eligible for one no quibble exchange.
- Customers are liable for the cost of return and must use a registered mail service.
- Verified faults (submission of photographic evidence required) notified within 28 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer - standard shipping only.
- Goods damaged (submission of photographic evidence required) and notified within 14 days from expected delivery date will be replaced or refunded - standard shipping only.
