When Will Your Order Leave?

Because we print all garments to order, it can take 3 (three) working days for orders to be dispatched.

Aiming for delivery within 7 (seven) working days from date of order.

Republic of Ireland

£7.20 sent tracked.
Aiming for delivery within 10 (ten) working days from date of order.
Track your parcel’s progress online and/or on SHOP app.

EU

£15.10 sent tracked.
Aiming for delivery within 15 (fifteen) working days from date of order.

Rest of World - North America, Central America, South America, Caribbean, Asia, Middle East, Africa and Oceania

Delivery Times

When your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email. Depending on shipping region, your order will arrive as follows:

Non-Delivery

If orders have not been received within 14 days of expected arrival, please click here to email customer support.

 

IMPORTANT:

1 - Some countries will incur additional import/customs duties - Rum Knuckles is not responsible for any additional charges.

2 - During some periods of the year when there are higher volumes of orders (for example, the Black Friday/Cyber Monday period and subsequent festive season of Christmas), we may amend delivery times as fulfilling orders may take longer than expected. Your understanding is much appreciated as we are a small British business trying to do our best in this post-Pandemic cost of living and energy crisis.

3 - During periods of recurrent postal strikes, particularly when concurrent with aforementioned periods of higher volume of orders (see 2), we may have to amend delivery times. Your patience and understanding is much appreciated as mentioned above in 2.

4 - We are happy to hear from our customers. For example, if your order is for a special occasion, please email us at info@rumknuckles.com to let us know as soon as possible, so we have a heads-up. We will do our best to expedite your order so that it arrives in time for that special day.
