If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. We can exchange the item for a different size / colour or offer you a refund. If you believe your item(s) to be faulty, you must contact us immediately.
Before you send your item(s) back to us, please contact us to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) with your reason for returning e.g. Exchange for size Small.
- If the item is being returned for a refund, you will NOT be refunded the cost of shipping the original package out to you.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
- The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility unless faulty.
- The cost of returning the item(s) to you is your responsibility unless faulty.
- The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our Warehouse, unless sent via special delivery.
- Sale items are non-returnable unless faulty.
To return your item(s) please first request an RMA number via the contact us form, once you have received your RMA number we will supply further instructions for you to return your items to one of our distribution hubs.
