• Goods returned in new/as-sold condition within 28 days of shipping are eligible for a no quibble refund.
  
  
• Goods returned in as-sold condition within 28 days of shipping are eligible for one no quibble exchange.
  
  
• Customers are liable for the cost of return and must use a registered mail service.
  
  
• Verified faults (submission of photographic evidence required) notified within 28 days of receipt will be replaced or refunded at no cost to the customer - standard shipping only.
  
  
• Goods damaged (submission of photographic evidence required) and notified within 14 days from expected delivery date will be replaced or refunded - standard shipping only.
