- Goods returned in as-sold condition within 28 days of shipping are eligible for a no quibble refund including shipping costs.
- Goods returned in as-sold condition within 28 days of shipping are eligible for one no quibble exchange (size and colour only, not design).
- Customers are liable for the cost of return and must use a registered mail service.
- Verified faults (photographs required by email) notified within 28 days of receipt will be replaced at no cost to the customer - standard shipping only.
- Goods damaged and notified within 14 days from expected delivery date will be replaced or refunded - standard shipping only.
